Nyairabu

   She is very affectionate, clingy and has a big, beautiful smile.  However, she is extremely underdeveloped/malnourished.  Though she is 13 years old, she is the size of an 8 year old.  Birth parents died due to HIV. When the parents died, her aunt adopted her but bad luck she died in an accident. We found her homeless. No education when found, and she may have some mental development issues.
